Redeeming your Loyalty Points online is simple

Sign into your Kitchenware Superstore account
Add the products you wish to order to your shopping cart
Proceed to the checkout, on the Payment Method page simply tick the box “Tick this box to redeem Reward Points” and hit "apply". You will then see the rewards points discount applied to your order.

There is no minimum rewards points required to make a redemption. Loyalty Points must be redeemed in full on one transaction, unless the order total is less than your available points, and we will use the needed portion. Any outstanding points will remain in your account for future use. The Kitchenware Superstore VIP Club is exclusive to Kitchenwaresuperstore.com.au, and points are only valid for redemption through the website.

Kitchenware Superstore VIP Club Terms & Conditions

To earn loyalty points, customers must first register as a member online by creating a free account that requires an email address and password.
To earn loyalty points for future purchases, members must sign into their account using the email address and password used to create their original account before completing a valid transaction.
If using a gift certificate or Kitchenware Superstore Loyalty Points as part-payment for an order that is in excess of the redemption value, Loyalty Points will still be earned on any value remaining on an order that you are redeeming points on. Eg. If your order comes to $100, and you are using $20 of Loyalty Points, you will earn rewards on the remaining $80, as usual.
Points earned will be adjusted for all returned and refunded merchandise.
Telephone orders are eligible for reward points, you must provide your existing account email, or provide one for a new account at the time of ordering.
Kitchenware Superstore VIP Club is exclusive to www.kitchenwaresuperstore.com.au and points cannot be earned or redeemed through our Showroom.
Registered online customers earn 2 points for every $1 spent on retail purchases, exclusive of shipping charges.
Points are rounded up or down to the nearest dollar spent.
Unauthorised purchases and fraudulent transactions do not earn points.
There is no limit to the number of points you can earn.
Points are for individual consumers only and cannot be sold, auctioned or transferred to another members account.
Points have no cash value.
Customers continue to accumulate points whilst their account is active. An active account is defined by a minimum of one purchase every twelve months. Inactive accounts will default to a zero point balance but will resume point earnings at the time of the next purchase.
Points are earned on the Kitchenware Superstore sale price.
Promotional codes, gift certificates or any discount from your order does not earn Loyalty Points.
Points cannot be credited to customers who complete a transaction not in their original account.
Rewards points cannot be back dated.
Loyalty Points are non-transferable.
Customers who change their email address via the “My Account” page will retain all benefits and reward points until redeemed or expired.
From time-to-time we may offer bonus point promotions which we will promote on our website or via email to newsletter subscribers.
Unauthorised purchases or fraudulent transactions do not earn or redeem points.

Program changes or termination

Kitchenware Superstore reserves the right to change the program rules, benefits, terms, conditions and limitations, or to cancel the program entirely at any time without prior notification. If Kitchenware Superstore terminates the program, any remaining or unused reward point balances will be forfeited.

All shipping is carried out through Australia Post eParcel which is a trackable service with signature required on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection. Parcels will be delivered on weekdays only, we are unable to deliver on a weekend.

We understand that many people are not home during business hours, and in that case suggest having your order sent to a business address. Shipping is a charged at a flat rate per order no matter where you live in Australia. If you are a international customer please find information further down the page. POSTAGE INSURANCE AVAILABLE

We offer a postage insurance option on all shipping methods, for $3.95 the insurance provides you with full cover for any loss or damage during transit. If you do not select postage insurance we will unfortunatley not be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to your parcel once it's in the Australia Posts system.

All orders are packed with love and tender care by our cheesecake obsessed team, they do their very best to make sure that parcels are packed as best they can to ensure they arrive in great condition. Kitchenware Superstore offers all customers the oppotunity to insure the parcel when selecting your shipping option at the checkout. When a cusotmer has insured a parcel Kitchenware Superstore, if there is any loss or damage in transit, a claim can be made promptly for replacement or reimbursment.

Customers who choose not to take postal insurance on their order accept that Kitchenware Superstore is not responsible for the loss of the parcel and that the loss cannot be claimed for replacement or reimbursment.
